PARTICIPANTS NOT GETTING THEIR PRIZES??

  Still Haven't Rec'd Prize!!

  I have repeatedly tried to get in contact with StockStar to receive my prize - I won for the weekly performance during the New Year's week (you can see me listed there 'steves' - and yes, I signed on during that week and entered a trade order, although I haven't been very active in the game over the past few months).

  Nobody from StockStar has either tried to call the phone number in my profile, tried to email me, or returned any of my emails.  I can't get in touch with them to find out when they are actually sending out the Prizes.

  DOES ANYONE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OR OTHER CONTACT FOR STOCKSTAR I CAN TRY???  I find it truly strange that they are clearly ignoring winners trying to get their prizes!!!!!!!!!!

  You can use the comment form on the website (Under Help --> Contact Support) to directly open a customer service log ticket.

   

  I had same day response from them when I tried that way for a trading issue. Also check that the email they have in your profile is correct. I heard the other winners got an email, so it might be sitting in cyber-gmail somewhere.

The game the IS FIXED!!!

Those who know me..know It takes a lot to make me angry...but i am so angry...I have been emailing back and forth to WSS asking when they were going to announce the winner of the loyalty prize for sept...because i knew i had the most points....they just kept putting it off....then it was being audited......i can verify my loyalty points ....
I have been playing this game for more than a year...and i have been a very loyal player no one can despute that....in September WSS began a monthly loyalty contest which i participated in and believed that i won... why did i think that i won?...well at the end of the month i had the most loyalty points...yet today they declared the person who had 286,450 fewer loyalty points the winner....
That's right...at the close of the contest i had 1,761,200 loyalty points and Chaudhary had 1,474,750 loyalty points yet that is who they declared the winner...
At the close of September and October contests they had not instituted the rules of maximum 5 referrals from the same I.P. address. So loyalty points should not be lost for prior months....

i also checked my login points going back to when i started playing because they said they were "auditing" to see who one....well they managed to deduct all of my referrals and yet i was never given my 100 points for 54 logins....on days when i was obviously posting to the site and/or making trades...."selective auditing"...they were really gunning for me it looks like....why so that someone who has only been on the site for at the time one month can become the "most loyal" player......where's the love???

Ouch... Sorry to hear about that! What was the loyalty prize? I don't even remember... I guess you're one of the few people ahead of me ;-) Haven't cashed in for the Amazon gift cards, eh?
